Dancing With Dad
a live, 75-minute ritual storytelling workshop exploring love and family
Leaning toward love
In this ritual storytelling workshop, David Alder shares his experience of leaning toward his 80-year-old father after his divorce from David's mom, training his body and helping him recover his vitality, and what he learned about love and forgiveness along the way.

Tools for reconnecting
This workshop explores how adult children and aging parents can reach across the generational divide to build deeper, more nourishing relationships with those they love. Participants will leave feeling meaningfully more prepared to cultivate love with family.

The workshop will provide:
  • A story of relational deepening between a father and a son
  • A series of prompts and reflections on loved ones
  • Practices for tending or even rekindling relationships
  • A nourishing container to explore this tender topic
